Personality is something you make during life. You can't get it from somebody it just comes from you . Personality could be the way you talk , act , and think about things . Your personality effects your behavior and choices in every day life because if your personality is outgoing then your gonna get noticed , if you personality is shy then you gonna be quite and set to the side . the choices you make effect you because the shy guy or girl will be alone and the outgoing guy or girl will be having fun with his/her friends.
